I like the idea of justcurio.
But without moderation the dull will overrun this place and make it useless.

you can turn on moderation - in the top right corner - once you report a post as unsuitable, it dissappears. As in every game there are those who try to destroy the system and the fun. So you are right, there is much noise. You can search for specific topics though.
