There is plenty you can do with a low budget. To end up with an effective aesthetic, with something that works, more money is not a prerequisite. Putting to work what you have now, is.
When you think about it, your budget is always limited, always too low. If I had more.... the if word is really the thing that stands in the way. Many people think that to get anywhere, you first need money, and this, and that. Some people pursue money to feel confident. Other people start with confidence and end up with money.
Think of comedians. They dare to be funny and don't need venture capital to get them going.
