We don't live in an economy with free markets. Rather, stifled markets. Still, they work well enough. Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group invests in Morgan Stanley, and Warren Buffet buys a stake in Goldman Sachs. That's what happens naturally - companies and people take care of failiures.
Objectivism
After reading Behavioral Finance by Goldberg and Nitzsch, I concede:
The many psychological rumors in my mind rule my behavior.
My motives are not guided by maximizing profit, even if I try.
I give my best, yet I make mistakes such that those mistakes tend to repeat themselves systematically. I err often and repeatedly.
